The Wellness Show happened recently. It was so much fun to connect with sprout lovers in the lower mainland and hopefully find a few new friends. Sprout man (AKA greenman) was about and there were lots of sprouty shenanigans. Thanks Vancouver for the warm welcome! Great fun was had!
