A very basic Superfish menu example
Kwaiware Daikon Sprouts
Sunflower Sprouts

Sprouty Sushi

Ingredients:

2 cups Cooked Sushi Rice
10-12 Nori Rolls
2-3 Tbsp Honey to your taste
2-3 Tbsp Apple Cider or Rice Vinegar
1 package Kwaiware Daikon Sprouts
1 package Sunflower Sprouts
1 package Pea Shoots
1 package Garlic Sprouts
1 package Mixed Bean Sprouts

Optional Ingredients:

Red or Green Pepper, Avocado, Red Onion, Crab, Salmon or Tuna thinly sliced.

Directions:

While rice is hot mix in vinegar and honey, let it cool. Toast Nori Sheets lightly. Set out a bowl of warm water. Place toasted Noria on a Rolling Mat. Place a scoop of Rice on Nori and with moist hands, spread evenly over top covering about 3/4 of the Nori Roll tightly with the rolling mat and seal the edge of the Nori with your dampened finger. Cut into 1" pieces with a damp knife and serve with Wasabi, Pickled Ginger, Gomashio and Soya Sauce.
