Fresh From Our Garden...

Past the greenhouses and the sprout rooms, not far down the path from our sprout production house lies a certified organic garden. We produce seasonal veggies and distribute them locally to grocery stores and restaurants from Quadra Island to Courtenay to Hornby Island. Our produce selection includes juicy spinach (the sweetest you'll find!), delectable salad greens, summer squashes, sweet grape tomatoes, robust garlic, winter leeks, and cooking greens like kale and chard.
