Eatmore Sprouts & Greens produces healthy food while caring for its customers, staff and the environment.

Eatmore Sprouts & Greens Ltd. is a Certified Organic Farm producing a variety of sprouts and vegetables on 3.75 acres near Courtenay.  Our products are sold through restaurants, grocery stores and wholesalers.  Sprouts are produced in an indoor growing facility and greenhouse buildings.  Seasonal organic vegetables are grown intensively outdoors and include salad mixes, leeks, garlic, spinach, onions, and more.  We service markets throughout western Canada, distributing our sprouts through the major supermarket systems as well as smaller chains and independent stores close to home.

Eatmore Sprouts is a family run business. Both of the Wakeling kids work at the farm part time while they continue with their high school educations. They participate by involving themselves in different aspects of the business.

As well there is the family of staff that has been built at Eatmore Sprouts. Some of our employees have been with us for 10 or 11 years. Others have come and gone but brought many wonderful things with them.

Glenn and Carmen are committed to organic food production and they are enthusiastic about organic farming.
